Welcome to Ahmed Sultan – All Garden Works. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.

1. Services

We provide landscaping, garden design, grass installation, irrigation systems, swimming pool construction and maintenance, pergola and gazebo construction, fencing, lighting, water features, plant supply, and general garden maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and project assessment.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided based on site inspection or client-provided details. Prices may vary if project scope changes. Any additional work requested after approval will be quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before project commencement. Remaining payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in project suspension.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided before work begins. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear site access, accurate property information, and necessary permissions before project initiation. Any delays caused by restricted access or missing approvals may affect timelines.

6. Materials & Plants

We use quality materials and healthy plants sourced from trusted suppliers. Natural variations in plants, grass, and stone are normal and do not constitute defects.

7. Maintenance & Warranty

Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be specified in the project agreement. Proper maintenance is required to ensure longevity of installations. Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or external factors is not covered.

8. Cancellations

Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for damages resulting from factors beyond our control, including extreme weather, third-party interference, or improper maintenance after project completion.
